Our auction system is specially designed to handle the fast-paced bidding at a live auction. We supply paddles at the tables for each guest and post the bids and paddle raise donations in real time. This instant feedback encourages participation and helps drive up the bidding.
With our instant closing, your auction can stay open longer. At closing, winners are immediately posted to the screen and our checkout desk opens. We issue claim checks and instant email receipts to winners who check out, and follow up after the event with everyone else. We also provide comprehensive reports, analysis, and bidding data to help identify potential donors and the best lots for next year's event.
We charge a flat fee for our service based on the number of guests. The base price is $3,250, which includes registration for up to 400 guests, plus $325 per iPad Valet. There is typically one iPad Valet for every 25 to 30 guests.
We supply all required staffing and equipment, including registration workstations, servers, WiFi, and iPads, as well as video feeds for the leader boards, so you can use your existing screens. Additional charges may apply based on the duration and configuration of your event.
